Sinclair Customer Metrics is a mystery shopping site that offers a fun way to earn money.  If you are new to mystery shopping let me explain it in short.  Mystery shopping is a way to find out the opinions of the people of a particular product or service.  To know the honest opinion of the people, a company like Sinclair Customer Metrics pays you to shop.  sounds good, right?

Sinclair Customer Metrics offers you two ways through which one can make money:

• Mystery shopping
• Referral program

Mystery Shopping:

Sinclair Customer Metrics pays you to shop for certain products and services and provide feedback to them.  It’s like any other job where you need to apply for the post of mystery shoppers.  Many times if vacancies are available, you will also be able to promote it and earn a bonus.

Once you sign in with Sinclair Customer Metrics, you need to fill in your availability profile in which you fill in details like the areas you will be available to shop or willing to shop by zip code and distance.  In short, you need to fill in the details regarding your availability to areas and timings.

Once you complete your availability profile, you will be able to see the available shops which require mystery shoppers, in the areas you have filled in.

You need to choose in which area and in which shop you are going to visit.  You need to inform and schedule the time for your mystery shopping so the representative will also get notification about your visit.  You need to adhere to the timing, you can cancel the appointment or schedule visit by informing them several hours before.

Once you reach the shop you chose, you will then provided with the product or service.  You have almost 30-45 minutes to make your observations.  You will be provided with the questionnaire, which you need to fill in and return back to the representative.

Sometimes, they give the option to record your observations from your home also if the product or service demands.

Once the procedure is complete and submits your observations, you then compensated.

Refer a Friend:

Sinclair Customer Metrics has a refer a friend program, where you can invite other mystery shoppers if they want more mystery shoppers.

Sinclair Customer Metrics is not a scam, but it has very limited earning potential. Mystery shopping sites,  Surveys are not meant to make you big bucks, but at least it should pay you a decent amount of money.

I would not recommend Sinclair Customer Metrics, just because you will find many better opportunities to earn a decent income online.
