It includes outdoor activities like running, walking, simply moving, or hiking. It’s important to note that it does not count your indoor activities like treadmills and indoor walking activities. So quite limited options here.

It covers your validated steps into a virtual currency called LifeCoin Units, which you can exchange for rewards.

How to Install LifeCoin?

It’s quite easy to install LifeCoin, you can download it from Playstore or App store. You also need to confirm your mobile number as you will get a text with a code to verify your identity.

You can earn a maximum of 10 coins per day, but with the pro version, you can earn more. It will cost you $39.99.

You will get 1 Life Coin for 1000 steps, you can also earn by referring this app to your friends. For referring you get 3 coins per referral.

These coins then can be transferred for gift cards, sporting items, discount codes, beauty items, some technological items like headphones, watches, and so on.

But the problem with this app is its minimum threshold, it’s $100! It can take a lot of time to earn $100.

Another thing that you should note is that you need to enable your device’s GPS to track your activities all the time. If your GPS is not enabled it will not track your activities. It also means it will consume a lot of battery on your phone.

Cons:

The app can’t track your indoor exercises like the treadmill or walking.
A lot of battery consumption
Lot of complaints about out of stock prizes.

Conclusion:

Tracking your daily fitness activities is a great idea and LifeCoin can be useful. But I would not recommend LifeCoin App, as it consumes a lot of battery. It’s very limited in the sense that it only tracks outdoor activities.

The worse part is most of the times rewards are limited in supply and served on a first come basis.
