What Is The Forum Wheel All About?

The Forum Wheel is a platform that offers writers an opportunity to make some extra bucks by posting on different forums and being active in it.

If you like to be active in different forums then this can be a good opportunity for you, but you need to be a good writer to earn money from the Forum Wheel.

It’s really a unique way to make money online.  As we all know forums are a great way to establish a niche community on the internet and that’s why you will find many forums on the Internet today.  The owner of the forum can monetize it in many ways and therefore can be a great way to make money also.

It’s very easy to create a forum but it’s very challenging to run it well because nobody wants to be a part of the forum where there are no posts or very little activity.

So the basic concept of The Forum Wheel is it acts as a bridge between the forum owners and the authors.  Forum owners want members that are active on their forum by commenting regularly, on the other hand, authors get benefitted from different perks.

Though it sounds to be a great opportunity for authors, honestly I don’t think so and I will explain it shortly.

There are three ways you can make money with The Forum Wheel:

• Forum Commenting
• Referral Program
• Monthly Jackpot

Let’s discuss it in detail.

Forum Commenting:

The first option to make money with The Forum Wheel is a forum commenting.  As the name suggests you need to comment in different forums.

There are a wide variety of forum categories in which you can comment.  So you can choose which forums to join and start commenting.

You get 1 point for 1 comment that equates to $0.05.  But once you reach level 5, you can expect to get $0.13 per comment(2.5 points).

Now the problem is first you have to register with The Forum Wheel, and to start commenting and get paid you also need to register with Gateway.

I think Gateways is their own sub-division because it lays on its own domain.  But you have to sign in with the same credentials that you have signed with The Forum Wheel.

Once you signed in with the Gateway, you need to create 10 quality posts for it.  Gateway has very strict rules and Guidelines for posting and need to read it carefully before you start posting in it.

Your application needs to be passed by Gateway and once your application gets approved you don’t have any access to Gateway.

Once you get approved by Gateway then you can start commenting on The Forum Wheel and start getting paid.

I think it’s quite a long process to start earning on the forum.  Again you have only limited forums at the beginning to comment.

As you level up, you get access to more forums.  The way you can level up is again a process.  You need to post 5 comments in any given forum, once the 5 comments are posted the owner will rate you on a scale of 1-5.  The rating will affect your leveling up possibilities.

So the concept of making money through posting in forums is quite good but The Forum Wheel has made it very lengthy and complicated.

Refer a Friend:

The Forum Wheel has a refer a friend program, where you can share your referral link with others, and when anyone joins through your link, you get 20% of their income for life.

Not to forget here that the person who joins you need to go through the same procedure which I mentioned above.  So until a person is really interested in writing a lot, you will not get paid.

Only when your referral earns through commenting, you will get your commission so make sure to invite those, who are really interested in writing.

Monthly Jackpot:

The Forum Wheel also held a monthly jackpot where the winner can earn good bucks.  At the end of each month, one entry is chosen at random.

The creator of that entry wins the entire jackpot and is paid via Forum Wheel credits. Those credits can then be cashed in at any time.

You can buy entries that can be purchased through their store or the credits that you have earned through commenting.  The more entries, the more big prize.

While purchasing credits, you need to spend your own money through Paypal so that makes no sense to me.

How Do You Get Paid?

The Forum Wheel gives you only options to withdraw your money through Paypal.

The minimum payout to withdraw your money is $5.  So very low minimum threshold here but still you need to invest a lot of time to reach this threshold of $5.

How Much Money Can You Make?

The Forum Wheel has given a unique way to make money by participating actively in forums but I don’t think you can make decent money from this opportunity.

First of all you have to invest a lot of time to get approved first by the Gateway.  You need to create 10 quality comments for the Gateway.  Once they passed your application, then you can offer comments in The Forum Wheel.

After that, you need to post 5 comments in any one forum to get a good rating from the forum owner.  It largely depends upon the forum owner to give you a good rating.  Unless that you can’t expect to level up and earn decent money.

Now you can see how less these writers are earning.

Ken who is a staff member has created only 223 posts and has more than 1,500 credits to her avail but “kjonesm1” has created double the amount of Ken’s post, 504 posts only earning 0.95!  Both of them are having the same rating of 3.6!

So it’s very clear that it’s a huge waste of time.

Who can join The Forum Wheel?

The Forum Wheel is available globally, and anyone can join it.  Anyone of the age of 13 can join the site, but to withdraw your income to PayPal, you need to have 18 years old.  Paypal has an age limit of 18 years, below 18 years cannot have a Paypal account.

Anyone can join The Forum Wheel, but only citizens of the US, UK, and Canada get paid for commenting.  So if you are from any other country, this site might not be suitable for you.

I’ve spent some time digging through all the layers to get into the heart of the system and discover if it’s just another scam or there is a possibility that this system works.

The Forum Wheel is not a scam, but it has very limited earning potential. PTC, GPT, Reward sites, and Surveys are not meant to make you big bucks, but at least it should pay you a decent amount of money.

I would not recommend The Forum Wheel, just because you will find many better opportunities to earn a decent income online.
