What Is Tellwut All About?

Tellwut is a survey site that offers different opportunities to earn some extra bucks from different kinds of surveys and its referral program.

Tellwut may sound strange but is a short for Tell What You Think.

Tellwut is a fun way to make some money and it has various froms of surveys that will help you to earn money.  It is important to make clear that Tellwut only pays to the US and Canada members.  So if you are not from these countries, you will not get paid.

Small Polls:

Small Polls are created by the Tellwut members and you can get paid for answering these fun polls.  They are very short and take few minutes to complete.

Every Tellwut member is allowed to create these small polls.  Initially you are allowed to create only one poll, but once your first poll get approved, you can create two polls per week.  You also get paid for creating these small polls.

Create Surveys:

As I mentioned above, not only you are get paid for answering the polls but you also get paid for creating short polls.

There are specific rules for creating these polls, and your polls will not get approved if you not create polls as per the guidelines.

Paid Surveys:

These are external surveys as you can find on any survey sites.

If you want to attempt surveys, the first thing you want to keep in mind, that you might not qualify for every survey you attempt.

You may not qualify for a survey if your demographic like country is not matched with the requirement for survey.  It also considers your gender, age, hobbies and other things on which you get selected.  So it is crucial to fill in the profile surveys, honestly and in detail.

If you try to fill the wrong information, you will be immediately get screened out.

To get more surveys, fill in the profile in as much detail as possible, your profile is the base on which you will get all the future surveys.  You need to fill in all the information regarding yourself, your family, education, hobbies and so on.

Refer a Friend:

Tellwut has a refer a friend program, where you can share your referral link with others, and when anyone joins through your link, you get 25 points which equates to 6 cents.  This is one of the lowest referral program, which I have come across.

So you will not earn much by promoting this site, but if you think it’s a site that your friends might like, why not share it?

How Do You Get Paid?

Tellwut gives you only option to withdraw your money through gift cards like Amazon Gift Cards, Starbucks, movies and so on.

Tellwut’s point system is quite confusing and you need different points to earn different gift cards.

The fastest  reward is after having earned 4,000 points which is an Amazon gift card worth $10.

In this case, that means 100 points are worth $0.25. For example,  you get around 200 points as a joining bonus, which will then be worth 50 cents.

However, if you want a Tango Card worth $10, you have to spend 4,500 points to get it. So the exact value of the points is not that easy to figure out.

How Much Money Can You Make?

The amount of money you can make depends on you.  The more time you spend on the Tellwut, the more money you make.

But as I mentioned, it is a very low paying survey site, so do not expect much from this site.

Who can join Tellwut?

Tellwut is available globally, and anyone can join it.  But very strangely you can get paid, only if you are a resident of the US and Canada.

I’ve spent some time digging through all the layers to get into the heart of the system and discover if it’s just another scam or there is a possibility that this system works.

Is Tellwut A Scam?

Tellwut is not a scam, but it has very limited earning potential.  Surveys are not meant to make you big bucks, but at least it should pay you a decent amount of money.

I would not recommend Tellwut, just because you will find many better opportunities to earn a decent income online.

The time you invest (or waste??) per survey can be utilized in a much better way.  Think about the possibilities like creating a Youtube video or writing a blog, which can earn you money for many years.  And if you want to learn all these Internet things, Wealthy Affiliate is the platform you should try out.  It is free to join and offers two free websites+hosting+ training.
