Many of you want to know if Surveys, GPT, and Reward sites can make you money.  I personally do not favour these sites, as they waste your time compare to the money you make on these sites.  But to introduce you to some websites which can make you quick money, though very low.  Here is my UpVoice Review.

What Is UpVoice All About?

UpVoice is a panel site that rewards you for doing what you already do online. We all search the internet for different reasons, and definitely, every one of us has one or the other favorite social media platform like Facebook, Youtube, or Twitter.  Mine is Youtube, and daily, I spend some time on Youtube.  So how cool is that if we get paid for surfing our favourite social media platform?  UpVoice gives this opportunity to US residents.

UpVoice is BrandTotal’s user panel.

UpVoice uses the data collected from the UpVoice panel to build unique insights for brands on their advertising activities and the ad campaigns of their competitors.

In short, it collects the data of user’s activity on different social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, and Amazon.

You can earn on UpVoice in two ways: Web browsing & Paid surveys.

Web browsing:

As I mentioned above, UpVoice gathers the information about the ads shown to you when you are surfing the social media platforms like Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin, and Amazon.

For this, you get paid, and the currency UpVoice uses is Token.  You can earn specific tokens per day.  To make it easier, when you register with UpVoice, you get an email for installing the Chrome browser, which can then do the rest of the things for you.

You do not need to do anything but visit the social media platforms.  It is important to note that you must not have an ad blocker installed, then UpVoice can’t collect the ads that will be shown to you, and that’s the main reason UpVoice is paying you.

Is this Chrome extension is invasive?  According to UpVoice, “All the data collected is ALWAYS anonymized and aggregated so that no one can identify you.”

Paid Surveys:

Paid Surveys are another way you can earn from UpVoice.  Occasionally you can participate in the surveys, and an excellent idea to make some extra money.

Refer a Friend:

UpVoice has a refer a friend program, where you can share your referral link with others, and when anyone joins through your link, you get $5 or 300 tokens for each referral.  But you are limited to have a maximum of 20 referrals, and you can earn a maximum of $100 as a commission.

Once you reach the limit, your referral link will disappear.

How Do You Get Paid?

UpVoice gives you multiple options to redeem your tokens to varied gift cards like Amazon, Prepaid Visa, Adidas, AMC Theaters, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Best Buy, Burger King, iTunes, Nike and so on.

How Much Money Can You Make?

The amount of money you can make depends on you.  The more time you spend on the UpVoice, the more money you make.

You can earn a maximum of 10 token daily by surfing your favourite social media platform like Facebook etc. so in a month, you can easily can 300 tokens.  When you sign up for UpVoice, you get $5 or 300 tokens as a bonus.

The minimum threshold is 600 tokens or $10, so in a month, you will be able to redeem your first gift card.  It is important to note that you can not redeem these tokens for cash.

Another good thing about UpVoice is a low minimum threshold; that way, you can withdraw money instantly to your account and in a fun way.  You do not need to do anything extra but to surf the web.

Who can join UpVoice?

UpVoice is available only for US residents, and anyone can join it.  The criteria for joining UpVoice is as following:

• Anyone of the age of 18 can join the site.
• You must have a Facebook account.
• You need to install the Chrome extension provided.

You cannot download the browser directly by visiting Google Chrome Webstore.  You need to register with the UpVoice first.  Next, they will send an email verification; you need to click the link provided to you in that email.  Unless you have that specific link, you cannot work with UpVoice.

It is interesting to note that once in a while, UpVoice gives you some bonus points like when you reach the 2,100 tokens, you get an additional 240 tokens as a bonus.

Also, you can sign up with UpVoice only once.  If you try to register again, they will inform you by email the next batch available to join.

I’ve spent some time digging through all the layers to get into the heart of the system and discover if it’s just another scam or there is a possibility that this system works.

Pros & Cons of UpVoice

Pros:

• Low minimum threshold
• Very easy to earn the opportunity
• convenient payment option
• Very legit

Cons:

• Available only to the US residents
• No cash rewards, only gift cards.

Is UpVoice A Scam?

UpVoice is not a scam, but it has very limited earning potential.  Reward sites &Surveys are not meant to make you big bucks, but at least it should pay you a decent amount of money.

I would not recommend UpVoice as the best option, just because you will find many better opportunities to earn a decent income online.

The time you invest (or waste??) per survey or Facebook surfing can be utilized in a much better way.  Think about the possibilities like creating a Youtube video or writing a blog, which can earn you money for many years.  And if you want to learn all these Internet things, Wealthy Affiliate is the platform you should try out.  It is free to join and offers two free websites+hosting+ training.
