surveytime.io is a survey platform so to start with it you need to register with it.  Once you are registered, you need to to fill a short form giving your personal details and demographics like age, location, your interests and so on.

On a survey site, you have to fill in the details so that you will get more surveys that match your interests.  It is also important to answer all the questions honestly every time, as they repeat the questions several times to check if you answer it correctly.
