What Is CrowdTap All About?

CrowdTap is a market research company and a survey site that offers a unique opportunity to earn some extra bucks from paid surveys.

Unlike other survey sites, the CrowdTap surveys are very short and most likely presented in a form of a poll with multiple options to choose from.

This makes the surveys very interesting and easy to answer.

Paid Surveys:

To get started with CrowdTap first you need to register with it, once you get registered you need to complete your profile. You need to answer a lot of questions in the profile, but it will help you to get more relevant surveys.

If you want to attempt surveys, the first thing you want to keep in mind, that you might not qualify for every survey you attempt.

You may not qualify for a survey if your demographic like country is not matched with the requirement for a survey.  It also considers your gender, age, hobbies, and other things on which you get selected.  So it is crucial to fill in the profile surveys, honestly and in detail.

If you try to fill in the wrong information, you will be immediately get screened out.

To get more surveys, fill the profile in as much detail as possible, your profile is the base on which you will get all the future surveys.  You need to fill in all the information regarding yourself, your family, education, hobbies and so on.

How Do You Get Paid?

CrowdTap gives you the option to withdraw your earnings through various kinds of gift cards. They have a number of gift cards which can be redeemed once you reach the minimum threshold.

Gift cards from various reputed brands like Amazon, Target, Walmart, and many more are included.  But the threshold for every gift card is different.

The minimum payout to withdraw your money is 1000 points equivalent to $5 and can be redeemed for an Amazon gift card.

How Much Money Can You Make?

The amount of money you can make depends on you and the survey invites. The more time you spend on the CrowdTap, the more money you make.

The surveys are short and you get 3 points per question, so there is a possibility to earn a lot of points.

The more surveys you complete, the more money you can withdraw.  The best thing about CrowdTap is that it has ample surveys, but the downside is it pays very low.

CrowdTap has its own app, and if you try to join it through its website, most probably you won’t be able to.  They are quite active on their social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

On the downside, you will see a lot of complaints from its users, so I don’t think as a good sign.

Who can join CrowdTap?

CrowdTap app is available globally, and anyone can join it.  Anyone of the age of 13 can join the site.

I’ve spent some time digging through all the layers to get into the heart of the system and discover if it’s just another scam or there is a possibility that this system works.

Pros:

• Available globally, anyone can join it.
• Plenty of surveys
• Short & quick surveys
• Variety of gift cards

Cons:

• Very low earning potential
• A lot of complaints from its users

Is CrowdTap A Scam?

CrowdTap is not a scam, but it has very limited earning potential. PTC, GPT, Reward sites, and Surveys are not meant to make you big bucks, but at least it should pay you a decent amount of money.

I would not recommend CrowdTap, just because you will find many better opportunities to earn a decent income online.

The time you invest (or waste??) per survey can be utilized in a much better way.  Think about the possibilities like creating a Youtube video or writing a blog, which can earn you money for many years.  And if you want to learn all these Internet things, Wealthy Affiliate is the platform you should try out.  It is free to join and offers free website+hosting+ training.
