It may take 24 hours to approve your site, they check the traffic and quality of your site. So unless you have decent traffic, it’s hard to get approved.

It’s difficult to say whether Installerr is a scam or not, as you would not find much information about such sites. But definitely I would not recommend Installerr.com to anyone.
First of all, you will find no information regarding these install kind of sites on the Internet. They pay as much as $2 per download which seems dubious.
Would it not be easy to earn money just by downloading apps and games to your device? Even if it is limited to 1st tier countries like the US, UK, and Canada, I think it is not realistic that anyone will give you $2 for downloading an app or a game.
I think you will lose your reader this way. If you activate Captcha Locker on your site, your reader needs to download an app or a game every time they need to read an article and I do not think, readers will appreciate the fact.
