The morning routine is very important if you want to be successful in life, and to become a successful mompreneur you need to have your own morning routine.

Your morning routine can help you to stay organize and keep you in a good mental state.   It is proven now that in the morning, our state is clear and interpreted.

People are most productive in the morning when they wake up, and setting up a routine ensures that they maintain that level of productivity throughout the day.Creativity with morning routine

Start your day in a great mood, Our subconscious mind is most active in the morning.  So after waking up for a few minutes, it is ideal to make some affirmation which will set your day. Affirmations work like a mantra, so repeating it in your mind helps you in manifesting.

Also, it is important to mentally visualize your affirmation.  our subconscious mind understands the language of pictures or images easily.

So whatever you want to manifest in life see it in your mind. You must have heard about visualization board. where you paste the photos or images and keep that board where you can easily see that board on the whole day.

A few minutes spent in the morning to visualize your goal can drastically improve your success rate.  As in the morning subconscious mind is more powerful, and instructions given in that time, go deep down and fulfills your wish.

one of the most important characteristics of the subconscious mind is that it can not differentiate between the real and unreal.  Though it is a fact that you visualize your goals because still it is not achieved but when you visualize it, your subconscious takes it as reality.

Make most of your morning time, before you hit the floor, spend a few minutes visualizing your goal, dream in your mind can fasten the process.

You can start with visualizing your daily routine before you start the day, go through what you want to achieve in that day and see it as it is done and completed.  You will notice that you feel more relaxed and less anxious about your daily routine if you get into this habit.

2. Do not check your email first thing in the morning

It is a total no not check your emails first thing in the morning.  As such you are not prepared to start your day, you are still in a sleepy mood, and reading your emails, drags you straight into the anxious mode. You start thinking of the things you still have to do and instead of feeling good you start feeling tense and anxious.

Meditation can help you.  You do not need to meditate for 15 or 20 minutes if you do well and good.  But meditating for 5 or 10 minutes can help you stay focus and calm.  You feel more peaceful and this peaceful state of mind will reflect in all of your work and in the whole day’s schedule.  You will be able to be more composed and calm than ever before.

3. Gratitude

Gratitude is the one expression that instantly sets your vibrational level at the highest.  Be grateful for whatever you have achieved in your life, be grateful for what you have at the moment and you will feel much better.

Gratitude turns into the multitude, so start feeling grateful for your family, for your friends, your business, your monetary status, and all the things that you want to manifest into your life.

Even if you are not happy with your monetary condition, thank and pay gratitude for what you have at this moment.  and you will feel the shift in your vibration.

the moment you stop feeling bad, you will be more relaxed and at peace.

4. Get Some Exercise

Start your day with some lite exercise, you will instantly feel fresher.  Release of endorphins in your brain make you feel more fresh and active.

Do some yoga in the morning and the energy level of the body goes up much more than ever.  Yoga helps your mind and body to stay in a happy mode.

Besides yoga, you can also start your day with light warm-up exercises,  All these body movements make you mentally and physically prepared for the day ahead.

5. Plan your day night before

Planning your next day a night before has helped me immensely and gives me a lot of spare time.   Most of the times we know what is our next day schedule and what job we need to do.  So preparing kitchen work a night before, make your mornings much more relaxed instead of hectic.

Small things like cutting vegetables, make you feel less hectic.  Even in the business front, if you prepared beforehand, it will help you a lot.

Nowadays we find many apps and schedulers where you can schedule your activities and stay more organized.

6. Listen to podcasts

Podcasts are a great way to start your day with.  the most important thing is you can listen to podcasts while doing other activities like exercise or cooking etc.

You can listen to motivational podcasts to start your day which will help you to stay spirited and inspired.  It is always better to start your day with positive thoughts.

The morning routine is the most important thing to start our day with.  if you do not have a morning routine, start it today and you will feel the difference.

Even if you follow all the above tips, it will not take more than 15 to 20 minutes.  Start your day with visualization and gratitude, 5 minutes.

Next, do yoga or any other exercise for 10 minutes

while doing all these activities you can listen to the podcast or audiobooks as well so in just 20 minutes you are starting off your day on a great note.

You will feel the difference in a few days. You will find yourself more focused, more energetic.

Hello Shubhaangi – I’m not a mompreneur but I do believe in a morning routine.  I set up as much of my morning as I can and I give thought to what I want to accomplish the next day.  It makes me feel in control when I know exactly what I want to accomplish.  It’s even better when I accomplish it.  One thing in your post I’m curious about: “one of the most important characteristics of the subconscious mind is that it can not differentiate between the real and unreal.  Though it is

      Thanks and yes, morning routine helps me a lot too.  As a mompreneur, we all need to follow a daily routine.  It helps immensely to organize things.

      Our subconscious mind is a kind of a mystery, you can read about in a very famous book – The Power of Your Subconscious mind, you will find many simple tips which we can use in our daily life.

  2.  I really like this article as it’s good advice for all of us. I think starting out morning routine and a very spiritual and healthy way will pay dividends throughout the day. I believe that a good exercise routine and a good clear mind can help make you more successful in life.  you mentioned yoga in the article and I think that is something that like to look into as I’ve been meaning to for a long time. 

    Dealing with stress is a problem for many of us because we simply don’t know how to turn it off. But I think your advice is a good place to start when we’re trying to reduce the amount of stress that many people seem to have.

      Morning routines are very important as it sets the mood for the entire day, and helps to increase productivity.  It’s entirely up to us, how we feed our mind with positive or negative thinking.

      Positive thinking helps us in many ways, and if you follow Yoga regularly, you will feel much more relaxed and calmer.

      Also, you can listen to Motivational podcasts, a great way to start your day.
